En bref
Introduction
Notwithstanding the implementation of Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of physical data with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, with a date formal application deadline set for 25 May 2018, EMPIRYS SARL and its affiliates attach the utmost importance to respect for privacy, rules, national laws and European directives.
The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to describe the method of operation and the values of EMPIRYS SARL regarding the confidentiality of the data collected and an appropriate code of conduct. Whether you are visitors, employees, suppliers, customers or partners, EMPIRYS SARL invites you to come back regularly to consult this privacy policy. If you feel that EMPIRYS SARL is not respecting the rules, do not hesitate to contact us using the « contact » form of our site.
Why do we collect personal data?
EMPIRYS SARL collects personal data in order to provide the best of its services to all physical and/or legal persons who may use their professional skills.
Type of collection and use of information
Without pretending to be exhaustive, below is a list of the most frequent cases of collection of personal data: personal information may be requested during a telephone discussion or interview with one of our associates about a business issue, downloading a software update, registering for an event, your participation in an inquiry, the purchase of a product or service, a request for repair, etc.
During these same exchanges, EMPIRYS SARL can also ask you for more personal data related to the situation, such as: your name, your mailing addresses, business addresses, deliveries, billing, phone numbers, email addresses, contact preferences, bank details, etc.; and information about products purchased from EMPIRYS SARL such as a date, a reference, a warranty period, a serial number, a payment date, a proof of payment, the type of service level agreement chosen, etc.
In any case, and whatever the type of information collected, EMPIRYS SARL and its subsidiaries undertake to protect by all technical and organizational measures the confidentiality of the data collected, never to disseminate it or to make it public or sell/rent it without your consent, unless required for the proper performance of the order or contract.
Restricted communication of collected information
EMPIRYS SARL, always aiming to deliver the best of services in the safest and most optimized way, may have to share some of the information collected with its own service providers, suppliers, legal advisors or strategic partners. These partners can help EMPIRYS SARL process information, execute orders, deliver products, provide support, market products, grant credits and conduct satisfaction surveys. EMPIRYS SARL is responsible for its partners and co-contractors.
Public character of publicly displayed information
EMPIRYS SARL draws your attention to the public nature of information posted via chats, forums, online chat services, etc. In this case, EMPIRYS SARL could not be held responsible.
Transparency and freedom of choice
The concept of confidentiality or personal data varies from one person to another. EMPIRYS SARL wishes to be transparent about how it collects and uses this data. Therefore, and on condition that the exercise of these freedoms does not interfere with the proper performance of a contract or violate the law, you still have the possibility to request access to your data, to consult and modify them, and to delete the information or limit its use.
Amendments
This privacy policy is available upon request from the Company. It may be subject to change or modification, depending in particular on the legal texts. In this case, EMPIRYS SARL will issue a warning highlighting the changes to be made. Previous versions will be archived and made available to users upon request.

Cookies
This site stores only what it needs in order to work. Before you make any choice, two first-party cookies may be set: one records whether you are reading the French or the English version of a page, the other records the answer you give to the banner. Neither is used to follow you across the web, and neither is shared with anyone.
A banner asks for your consent to audience measurement on your first visit. Refusing takes exactly one click, the same as accepting, and refusing costs you nothing: the whole site works either way. Your answer is kept for one year. You can change it at any time through the Cookies link at the bottom of every page, which simply asks the question again.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to measure how this site is used: how many people come, which pages they read, and which site they arrived from. It is loaded only if you accept it. As long as you have not accepted, whether you refused or have not yet answered, Google Analytics is not loaded at all: no script is requested from Google, and no measurement cookie is placed on your device.
If you accept, Google places its own cookies in order to recognise your browser from one visit to the next, and processes the data on our behalf, including outside the European Union. We never combine it with information that identifies you by name. You can withdraw your consent at any moment through the Cookies link at the bottom of every page: withdrawing stops any further collection, and the cookies already placed can be deleted from your browser settings.
Our conversational agent
This site offers a conversational agent named Nora. Nora is an artificial intelligence system, not a person: it says so itself on the first screen, and the banner stating this stays legible before you type anything.
What we process. The content of the messages you write, a technically random conversation identifier that does not name you, and the address of the page from which you opened the conversation. We do not ask for your name, e-mail address or telephone number in order to talk: if you want a meeting or a quote, those details are collected separately, through the form or the booking page.
For what purpose. To answer your questions about our services, understand your need, and point you to the right person. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in responding to a commercial enquiry, within the meaning of Article 6(1)(f) of Regulation 2016/679.
Who is involved. The language model behind Nora is supplied by Anthropic PBC, a company established in the United States, acting as a processor on our behalf. The content of your messages is therefore transmitted to that company, outside the European Union, for only as long as producing the answer requires.
Under what safeguard. That transfer is covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, within the meaning of Article 46(2)(c) of the Regulation. Anthropic’s Data Processing Addendum, in force since 24 February 2025, forms part of the terms under which we use the service; it incorporates Module Two of those clauses and the parties are deemed to have executed them. Under that addendum, the content of your messages may be processed only in order to provide the service, and for no other purpose.
For how long. Conversations are kept for twelve months and then deleted. That period lets us review what the agent answered and correct what needs correcting; it serves no other purpose.
What we ask you not to write. Do not enter special category data within the meaning of Article 9 of the Regulation in the conversation, nor any credential, password or payment detail. If you need to send us something confidential, write to hello@empirys.com.
Your rights. You may request access to your conversations, their rectification or erasure, or object to this processing, by writing to hello@empirys.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Commission nationale pour la protection des donnees, the Luxembourg supervisory authority, whose contact details are published at cnpd.public.lu.
